Vitamin D is an umbrella term that includes vitamin D3, among others.

Vitamin D and D3 stimulate the absorption of calcium in the body and are essential vitamins. They influence many processes in our body and are essential for our immunity, for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and teeth, for normal muscle function, maintains normal blood pressure, helps with fatigue, etc.

Dosage and use

Shake well before use. Take 1 x 1 drop daily in water, juice or smoothie after a meal. 1 drop contains 2000 IU. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.

For best results, use liquid vitamin D3 for at least 9 months. Suitable for long-term use, during pregnancy, for the elderly, children (+10 years) and vegetarians.

Consult a therapist or pediatrician for the use of vitamin D3 in children. Not suitable for children under 10 years.

For children, administer the same dosage/weight ratio as adults. For a child of 40kg, administer half the dosage for adults (80kg).

If the drops do not flow quickly from the dropper after a while, the dropper can be tapped with a spoon. This will cause the drops to flow very quickly from the bottle.

Tip:Hold this supplement in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.
