Usage

When taking activated charcoal it is normal for the stool to become dark to black in colour. This is harmless.

Activated charcoal can bind a wide range of drugs, reducing the effectiveness of the product. Leave 1 or 2 hours between taking medication. Consult a doctor or therapist before using this product with other medications.

Dosage

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily after meals. Repeat if necessary after 2 hours. Maximum 16 capsules per day.

Do not use in

• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding.

Save

Store dry, closed and at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of young children.

Ingredients

Activated charcoal (pure charcoal); each tablet contains 560mg of pure charcoal. Easily absorbed.

Other ingredients:vegetable cellulose, calcium silicate, rice flour. Contains coconut shells.

Free from sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, egg and wheat.
