Dosage and use

Usage

Shake before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals. For best results, use Rhodiola alcohol-free tincture for at least 1 month.

Better not to take it late at night before going to bed.

Dosage

1 to 2 x daily 20 to 25 drops in 30ml water. Do not exceed the indicated dosage.
