L-Carnitine, liquid with vitamin B5 - 480ml

L-Carnitine or Carnitine is an amino acid found in almost every cell of the body and plays an essential role in the conversion of fats into energy production.

Good for athletes or other physical work that requires more energy. Is quickly absorbed.

Carnitine is found almost exclusively in animal products such as meat. A vegetarian diet contains too low a concentration of Carnitine.

Dosage and use

Usage

Shake well before use and store in the refrigerator after opening.

Preferably 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast, dinner and/or training.

Tip: Hold this supplement in your mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.

For best results, use liquid L-Carnitine for at least 3 months.

Dosage

Take 1 large tablespoon (=15ml) in 30 ml of water 1 to 2 times a day. 1 tablespoon (15ml) contains 1,200 mg L-Carnitine.

Before using L-Carnitine in children, consult a therapist or pediatrician.

For children, administer the same dosage/weight ratio as adults. For a child of 40kg, administer half the dosage for adults (80kg).

Duration of the treatment

Suitable for long-term use: for athletes, pregnant women, vegetarians, the elderly and children.

Store tightly closed at room temperature, out of reach of children.
