Japanese Knotweed powder

Usage

It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of the powder 3 times a day. A teaspoon of Japanese knotweed powder is approximately 1 gram. Can be taken with fruit juice, yoghurt or water.

Japanese Knotweed combines well with other herbs.

You can also make a decoction from the powder: When needed, boil 1 or more teaspoons in 1 liter of water for 15 to 25 minutes very gently. The color of the decoction will slowly but surely become darker red. Then drink in four equal parts during the day (hot or cold).

Dosage

Build up the dosage. Start with a knife tip twice a day and build this up in a few days to 1 teaspoon three times a day.

The recommended dosage can be reduced or increased according to need and sensitivity. One pinch per day may be sufficient for some people. Increase to 3 x per day 3 teaspoons (9 grams per day).'

Do not use in

Because Japanese Knotweed can have a blood thinning effect at high doses, it is recommended not to use it within 10 days before surgery, together with blood thinners or during pregnancy.

Duration of the treatment

Improvement can be felt after about a month. It may be necessary to continue for several months or a year.
