Product Description Activated Charcoal

Oxygen has been added to activated charcoal (Activated Charcoal), also known as active carbon, to increase its porosity, making it highly absorbent. Activated carbon is a specially treated biological carbon that can bind all kinds of (unfavorable) substances to itself through adsorption. Adsorption is a chemical reaction in which substances bind to a surface, making it a natural purifying agent.

The ordinary charcoal is produced without oxygen; the activated charcoal is treated with oxygen to produce activated carbon and is suitable for the body.

The activated charcoal (Charcoal) ofNature's Answer is a natural way to rid the body of harmful toxins. Activated carbon is not absorbed by the body.

Activated charcoal supports kidney function, is good for the gastrointestinal tract, digestion, teeth and skin.

Dosage and use

Usage

When taking activated charcoal it is normal for the stool to become dark to black in colour. This is harmless.

Activated charcoal can bind a wide range of drugs, reducing the effectiveness of the product. Leave 1 or 2 hours between taking medication. Consult a doctor or therapist before using this product with other medications.

Dosage

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily after meals. Repeat if necessary after 2 hours. Maximum 16 capsules per day.

Store dry, closed and at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of young children.

Other ingredients:vegetable cellulose, calcium silicate, rice flour. Contains coconut shells.
