Latin name Cistus incarnatus . Another name for Cistus rose is Sun rose. It is a wrinkled sweet one-day flower, which falls off in the course of the evening. The Cistus rose is a small shrub and grows in the Mediterranean area.

Usage

Heaping teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 8-10 minutes. If the tea leaves are absorbed into the water, strain the tea.

The tea leaves can be used again. The tea can also be processed in smoothies.

As a cure, drink one liter of tea per day, possibly from a thermos or cold.
