Bentonite is a type of clay of volcanic origin and consists of 95% Montmorillonite-Bentonite, which is the purest form of Bentonite.

Bentonite has many similarities with Zeolite. One of the differences between Bentonite and Zeolite is that Bentonite forms a jelly-like protective film, which makes the effect 'softer'.

Dosage and use

Usage

When not enough fluid is drunk
Constipation may occasionally occur. Constipation can be avoided by reducing the dosage and increasing the
fluid intake. If necessary, a physician should be consulted.

The best times for taking are:

Half an hour before breakfast. For example in a green smoothie. This can also be done 1 hour after breakfast
possibly also 1 hour after dinner and before going to bed. The correct dose: 1 dose = level dessert spoon (2 to 3 gr)

Dosage

It is recommended to start with an intake of 1 time per day. If necessary, the dosage can be slowly increased to 2 to a maximum of 3 times per day

Duration of the treatment

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, it is recommended to take Bentonite for at least 40 days or longer.
