Angelica Tincture

Usage

Half an hour before a meal you can take the drops as they are, or in a glass of water. If you leave it for a while, the alcohol evaporates but the active ingredients are retained. Keep the liquid in your mouth for a while (preferably a minute) before swallowing; the ingredients come into contact with the oral mucosa and are absorbed directly into the bloodstream.

Always start the treatment with a low dose. The more severe the symptoms, the lower the starting dose. This is to prevent a lot of toxins being released at once (by the death of germs). Because toxins are always released (even at low doses), it is advisable to drink a lot (of water) during the treatment and to use detoxification and elimination agents at the same time. (Such as e.g. Chlorella, Zeolite.)

Dosage

Standard dosage:Gradually build up to 3 x 15 drops per day.

Intensive/maximum dosage:Gradually build up to 3 x 30 to 50 drops daily. Or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare provider

This dosage is used for adults. For children aged 6 to 12, the dosage is usually halved.

Do not use in

• Diabetes
• Active gastric and duodenal ulcers
• Surgical and dental procedures (do not use for at least 36 hours beforehand)
• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding.

Duration of the treatment

Angelica is a powerful herb; therefore use it for a maximum of a few weeks. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dosage. Or after consultation with your physician.
