How to enjoy your own Livermagic makes

How wonderful it is to feel vital! Part of feeling vital is taking good care of your liver. The liver and vitality are closely linked. Livermagic and LeverSchoon by Green Vitality give your liver and digestion good support**. Useful as a spring cure or during a recovery period**.

In winter, the body wants to retain heat and energy. This can cause detoxifying organs, such as the liver and kidneys, to become somewhat sluggish and accumulate waste products and fats. Spring plants and herbs contain bitter substances and many vitamins and minerals. These stimulate your digestion and detoxifying organs**. Nature itself indicates which herbs and flowers are good for you in spring.

With a touch of love and attention you can make our Livermagic set, Livermagic Strong set or Leverschoon set yourself Livermagic. It works simply.

The preparation

We call our Livermagic and LeverSchoon A "kit" because it contains the ingredients you need to make this herbal remedy yourself. This kit makes it easy with just two ingredients: a jar of cane molasses and a jar of bitter herb mix. What else do you need to make it?

  • Clean glass jar with a screw lid or preserving jar of at least 500 ml
  • Possibly a mixing bowl for stirring
  • Wooden stirring rod or spoon
  • Extra spoon/spatula
  • Sticker for label

Getting Started

  1. Once you have gathered all the supplies you can start making your Livermagic (strong) or LeverSchoonAssembling this product takes 10 to 15 minutes. At the bottom of the written step-by-step plan, you'll also find a video that briefly illustrates the production process.
  2. Work with clean and dry materials. Make sure the equipment is new, or washed and boiled. Ensure the pot and cookware are completely dry.
  3. Open the cane molasses and pour some into your empty jar or mixing bowl. Preheat the jar of molasses slightly by placing it in a pan of hot water to make it easier to pour. Do not allow any moisture to get into the jar.
  4. Using a spoon, add some of the herbs to the cane sugar molasses and stir slowly with your stirring rod or spoon. Repeat this until the entire jar of molasses and entire jar of herbs is empty.
  5. Stir for 5 minutes until all the herbs are well mixed.
  6. Transfer it from your mixing bowl to your jar. Screw the lid back on or close the mason jar. The less oxygen comes into contact with the product, the better. So always do this as thoroughly as possible.
  7. Label your jar with the best before date.
  8. You can determine this by looking at the expiration date of the molasses and herbs and using the first date.
  9. Save your Livermagic, Leverbitter Strong, or LeverSchoon on A dark, cool, and dry place. For example, a kitchen cupboard. The product does not need to be refrigerated.

Due to the very high content of bitter substances that are enclosed in the cane sugar molasses, Livermagic Keeps well beyond the "best before" date (if prepared and stored properly). Look, smell, and taste.
