Euphrasia or Eyebright is actually a typical herb for the eyes that makes the eyes 'clear up' again. Eyebright helps very well when there is pollen in the air where the eyes water and sting. Soothes red and burning eyes. Supports the condition of the eyes and normal blood circulation. Also supports the mucous membranes of sinuses, nose, throat, upper respiratory tract and has a soothing effect.

Dosage and use

Usage

Shake before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals. For best results, use Eyebright alcohol-free tincture for at least 2 weeks.

Eyebright can also be used externally by placing a few drops of tincture on a cotton pad to soothe the eyes.

Dosage

3 x 20 to 40 to 50 drops per day in 30ml of water. Do not exceed the indicated dosage.

Store dry, closed and at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of young children.
