Gotu kola tincture

Usage

Half an hour before a meal, you can take the drops as they are, or in a glass of water. If you leave it for a while, the alcohol will evaporate but the active ingredients will be retained. Keep the liquid in your mouth for a while (preferably a minute) before swallowing; the ingredients will come into contact with the oral mucosa and will be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Application to the skin: rub a few drops in gently.

Always start the treatment with a low dose. The more severe the symptoms, the lower the starting dose. This is to prevent a lot of toxins being released at once (by the death of germs). Because toxins are always released (even at low doses), it is advisable to drink a lot (of water) during the treatment and to use detoxification and elimination agents at the same time. (Such as e.g. Chlorella, Zeolite.)

Dosage

Average treatment:First week 3 x 5 drops per day, then increase to 3 x 15 drops per day

Intensive treatment:First week 3 x 10 drops per day, then increase to 3 x 30 drops per day.

This dosage is used for adults.

Do not use in

• Children under 12 years
• An allergy to the Apiaceae family
• High blood pressure (unless prescribed)
• Epilepsy
• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding.

Duration of the treatment

You can use this product indefinitely, but we advise to take a break after prolonged use. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dosage. Or after consultation with your physician.
