Dong Quai Root is also known as Chinese angelica or the Angelica Sinensis . Belongs to one of the most powerful herbs for women and is therefore also called 'women's ginseng'.

The Chinese angelica is very suitable for menstruation and during menopause. As an adaptogen, the female hormonal system is supported.

Contributes to normal, regular menstruation and helps with discomfort before and during menstruation. Helps with mood swings and feeling easily irritated before menstruation and with menopausal symptoms.

Can also be used before, during and after childbirth.

Dosage and use

Usage

Shake before use. Dissolve in 30 ml of water and let stand for 1 minute. Take 15 minutes before meals.

Dosage

20 to 40 to 50 drops 3 times a day in 30ml of water. Do not exceed the indicated dosage.

For best results, use Dong Quai Root alcohol-free tincture for at least 2 months.
